Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach, and order pickers) for material movement and loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions to prevent operational delays
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow optimization
- Train junior operators on safety standards and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 3 years of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug screening required
