Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse setting
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Train junior operators on safety procedures and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 2+ years experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Pre-employment drug screening required
