Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Manage inventory using RF scanning systems and warehouse management software
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
- Train junior staff on safe operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Complete accurate shipping/receiving documentation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- 2+ years of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED
