Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including shrink-wrapping and labeling.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (reach truck, sit-down, or stand-up experience required).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehousing or logistics operations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
