Responsibilities
- Retrieve and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners.
- Pack items securely to ensure safe delivery to customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Input data accurately into warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packing.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for entry-level.
