Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision and efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Train new operators on safety procedures and best practices
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum space utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Certified in OSHA standards and forklift safety
- Proficient in inventory management software (SAP/JDE preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with high-volume warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
