Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Efficiently move raw materials and finished products within warehouse facilities
- Conduct pre/post-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Enforce 5S protocols and housekeeping procedures
- Train new operators on equipment operation and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 2 years industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (including nights/weekends)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license
