Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a 250,000 sq ft warehouse environment
- Execute inventory management tasks with RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols and equipment inspection logs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Operate pallet jacks and reach trucks in high-volume zones
- Train junior operators on equipment best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years certified forklift operation experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand 8+ hours
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
