Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in 24/7 warehouse environment
- Load/untract containers with precision using overhead cranes
- Maintain accurate inventory counts via RF scanning systems
- Conduct daily pre/post-shift equipment inspections
- Adhere to OSHA and Cal/OSHA safety protocols
- Train new operators on warehouse procedures
- Coordinate with dock teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or within 30 days)
- 2+ years recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory calculations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RF scanner experience preferred
- Clean MVR and ability to pass background check
- Spanish bilingual a plus
