Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision in high-volume warehouse environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement strict safety protocols
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless material flow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Train junior operators on safety procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification and valid NC driver's license
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent spatial awareness and depth perception
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mentality
