Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Accurately manage inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Maintain equipment through daily inspections and minor maintenance reporting
- Train new operators on safety procedures and operational best practices
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Uphold 5S standards for workplace organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience (certification required)
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience with RF scanning technology preferred
