Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in high-volume warehouse environments
- Execute inventory control procedures using RF scanning technology
- Maintain accurate documentation for material movements and quality checks
- Train junior operators on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations
- Adhere to OSHA, Cal/OSHA, and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of certified forklift operation experience
- Valid OSHA Forklift Certification (must provide proof)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail in inventory tracking processes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred for diverse team collaboration
