Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in multi-level warehouse environments
- Execute inventory management tasks using RF scanning technology
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and digital records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loading/unloading schedules
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols without exception
- Train junior staff on safe material handling procedures
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification with 3+ years' experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
