Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures that integrate AI, IoT, and cloud computing to support 2026 operational standards.
- Leadership: Lead a high-performance engineering team in prototyping and deploying next-generation software solutions.
- Innovation Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neural Interfaces) and evaluate their potential for integration into our product suite.
- System Optimization: Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring code quality, security, and performance optimization across all projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans and security protocols to safeguard critical infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure cloud environments.
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines and data engineering principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent is a plus.
