Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision for the 2026 roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems that integrate next-generation AI and quantum-ready infrastructure.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and product managers to drive innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct deep-dive technical assessments to mitigate risks associated with future tech adoption.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and system reliability in a distributed environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable product features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of architecting systems for enterprise scalability and high availability.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies including Generative AI, Blockchain, and Quantum Computing concepts.
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
