- Build and manage external partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortia

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within fast-paced tech environments
- Proven track record of anticipating and capitalizing on industry disruptions

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
