Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision for R&D initiatives targeting 2026 and beyond, ensuring alignment with company long-term goals.
- Architect and prototype high-impact solutions leveraging next-gen technologies such as AI, Blockchain, and Edge Computing.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our core products.
- Mentor junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate abstract concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic R&D capacity.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Neural Networks, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
