Responsibilities
- Analyze global macro-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Create strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and business transformation initiatives
- Present high-impact foresight insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for alternative futures
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and speaking engagements at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic impact
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformation initiatives
