Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Global Tech Forecast reports
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technology impacts
- Advise C-suite on long-term strategy and risk mitigation
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for future-proofing initiatives
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at Davos, Web Summit, and TED events
- Mentor junior futurists and academic partnerships
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using AI/ML tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Published research on AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Proven experience advising Fortune 500 executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Trendalyzer, Foresight Pro)
- Portfolio of 3+ published long-term forecasts
