Responsibilities
- Architect and design next-generation AI systems capable of adapting to 2026 computational paradigms, including neuromorphic and quantum hybrid computing.
- Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists to translate long-term strategic visions into executable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI evolution and Synthetic Biology integration.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and alignment to ensure responsible deployment of autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to integrate futuristic AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Predict and mitigate technological risks associated with high-speed data processing and machine learning model drift.
- Represent the company at industry conferences as a thought leader in future tech and AI architecture.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field with a focus on advanced algorithms.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of current Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models) and their trajectory towards AGI.
- Experience with or demonstrated research interest in Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering, or Edge AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
