Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in future-tech R&D
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing
- Expertise in distributed systems, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record of shipping 0-to-1 breakthrough technologies
- Deep understanding of ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming languages
