Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform 3-5 year strategic horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact industries (healthcare, energy, manufacturing)
- Lead innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients to co-create future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership reports on quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation products and services
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
