Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts with 5-10 year impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce actionable trend reports and thought leadership content published in top industry publications
- Drive innovation pipeline development, from concept validation to MVP launch
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-functional innovation communities
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of translating trends into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation/futurism events
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation projects with measurable impact
