Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 industries

- Produce actionable scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Author high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain expert networks with thought leaders across emerging domains

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
