Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Advise cross-functional teams on future-proofing business models and operations
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with portfolio of complex visualizations
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic implications
- Certification in futures research or strategic foresight preferred
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
- Ability to synthesize multidisciplinary data into actionable strategic insights
