Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Produce executive-level trend reports for Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Architect patent-pending technology roadmaps aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present at global tech summits including Web Summit and CES Future Stage
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders incubation program
- Drive open-source initiatives democratizing predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in predictive modeling
- Published research in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend simulation and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Proven track record advising C-suite on technological disruption
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio of 5+ implemented future-proofing initiatives
