In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art AI solutions that power our enterprise clients. You will work in a collaborative environment with world-class researchers and engineers to deliver scalable, efficient, and ethically aligned AI products.
Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design and implement cutting-edge Generative AI models, focusing on LLMs, diffusion models, and transformers.
- System Architecture: Architect scalable inference pipelines and deployment strategies for high-volume AI applications.
- RAG & Fine-tuning: Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to enhance model accuracy and context awareness.
- Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency improvements in training and inference loops to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, contributing to internal patents and research publications.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are fair, unbiased, and compliant with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Generative AI.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of model architecture, quantization, and fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, P-Tuning, etc.).
- Tools: Experience with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
