Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art generative models, focusing on LLMs and diffusion models.
- Optimization: Fine-tune existing models for specific industry verticals, optimizing for speed and cost.
- Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) ensuring high availability and security.
- R&D: Conduct research to stay ahead of 2026 trends in AI safety, alignment, and multimodal capabilities.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- LangChain: Experience with LLM application development frameworks.
