Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS systems
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments and coordinate with transportation partners
- Maintain real-time inventory data in SAP and proprietary tracking software
- Oversee stock rotation protocols and implement FIFO/FEFO procedures
- Generate weekly inventory reports for operational leadership team
- Collaborate with purchasing department to optimize reorder points
- Audit warehouse processes to identify efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehouse or retail settings
- Proficiency with inventory software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
