Responsibilities
- Execute daily cycle counts and full inventory reconciliations with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Manage inventory transactions in Oracle ERP system including receipts, returns, and adjustments
- Coordinate with procurement team to resolve stock discrepancies and prevent shortages
- Generate real-time inventory reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and optimize warehouse slotting strategies
- Train junior staff on inventory procedures and system navigation
- Collaborate with 3PL partners on cross-docking and inventory transfers
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in a warehouse or distribution setting
- Advanced proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (Oracle/SAP preferred)
- Expert knowledge of inventory control methodologies (ABC analysis, cycle counting)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data trends
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Proven experience with barcode scanning and RFID technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-volume environments
