Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage stock rotation and FIFO protocols to optimize warehouse space
- Coordinate with procurement team on stock replenishment and vendor communications
- Maintain accurate digital records in SAP and NetSuite systems
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances through root cause analysis
- Support annual physical inventory audits and process improvements
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in tech/e-commerce sector
- Proficiency with WMS, SAP, or NetSuite inventory modules
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Experience with barcode scanning and RFID technology
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
