Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using WMS software
- Manage inbound/outbound inventory documentation with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate RF scanners and barcode systems for real-time tracking
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve stock variances
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management review
- Maintain FIFO compliance and hazardous material protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory management experience in warehouse/distribution
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- RF scanner and barcode certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification (OSHA) required
