Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies using ERP systems
- Manage warehouse layout optimization to maximize storage efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols to minimize spoilage
- Generate inventory reports for executive leadership reviews
- Train junior staff on inventory management best practices
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipping discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory management experience in warehousing environments
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Supply Chain Management certification (CSCP, CPIM) a plus
