Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Operate RF scanning systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams for stock optimization
- Generate monthly inventory variance reports for leadership
- Maintain FIFO compliance and product rotation protocols
- Train junior staff on inventory management procedures
- Collaborate with IT on WMS system improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inventory control experience in warehousing
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
