Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counting and real-time tracking systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of high-value shipments
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces to maximize operational efficiency
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and material handling best practices
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume warehouse/material handling environments
- Valid forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail with inventory accuracy records
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Spanish bilingualism highly valued
