Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control systems using WMS software and RF scanners
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows for optimal warehouse efficiency
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Conduct quality inspections and documentation of high-value components
- Maintain 5S workplace organization standards
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse/material handling roles
- OSHA certification and forklift operation license required
- Proficiency with inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and operate heavy machinery
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred for diverse team collaboration
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Experience with hazardous materials handling a plus
