Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory tracking systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional team movements for high-priority shipments
- Maintain organized storage areas using lean principles
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
- Train junior staff on warehouse protocols and equipment operation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification required
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- Valid Washington state driver's license preferred
