Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume material movements using advanced warehouse management systems
- Execute precise inventory control procedures with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
- Train and mentor junior material handling staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Proficiency with WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong mathematical and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Lean Six Yellow Belt or equivalent process improvement experience
