Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated conveyor systems with precision
- Optimize inventory flow through efficient receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities with shipping/receiving teams
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/material handling experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanners
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
