Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials safely
- Manage inventory through accurate receiving, putaway, and cycle counting
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
- Support cross-functional teams during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Certified forklift operator license (OSHA preferred)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic math and computer literacy
