Responsibilities
- Efficiently move and organize inventory using forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
- Maintain accurate inventory records through WMS system data entry
- Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/material handling role
- Certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
