Responsibilities
- Coordinate efficient movement and storage of raw materials and finished goods using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Execute inventory control procedures including cycle counts, audits, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and meet production deadlines
- Maintain organized workstations and enforce OSHA safety standards in all operations
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and warehouse protocols
- Support shipping/receiving processes and coordinate with third-party logistics partners
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of material handling experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Valid forklift certification with proven equipment operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management accuracy
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
