Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inventory operations with RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for just-in-time delivery schedules
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows
- Maintain OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Train junior staff on material handling best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume material handling experience
- OSHA Forklift Certification required
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Experience in temperature-controlled environments
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
