Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment with precision and safety
- Manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless material flow
- Maintain accurate documentation of all material movements
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Lead training for new material handlers
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with hazardous materials handling a plus
