Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow by organizing inventory in designated zones
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean, safe workspace following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA certification for equipment operation (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
