Responsibilities
- Manage high-value inventory with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities including receiving, putaway, and order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control and quality assurance
- Lead safety initiatives and conduct equipment inspections
- Mentor junior staff on best practices and SOPs
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of material handling experience in high-volume environments
- Valid forklift certification and powered equipment proficiency
- Proficiency in WMS/RF technology (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varied temperature conditions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
