Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update digital records in real-time.
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow processes.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting shipping documents, bills of lading, and pick lists.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software or WMS systems.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
