Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate automated packaging equipment and conveyor systems
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain organized inventory in temperature-controlled warehouse
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Train junior staff on packing protocols and equipment operation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/packing experience in high-volume environment
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy record
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email)
