Responsibilities
- Prioritize and efficiently pack high-volume orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate automated packing systems and quality-control scanners
- Coordinate with shipping team to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Conduct inventory audits and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized workstations and safety compliance protocols
- Train new packers on advanced packing techniques
- Optimize packing processes to reduce material waste
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume order packing experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
