Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control inspections before shipment
- Optimize packing processes to reduce material waste
- Maintain detailed inventory records in WMS systems
- Train new packers on SOPs and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/packing experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving skills under time pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
